MOO’S STORY
In high school my best friend Cole and I dreamed of opening a coffee shop & book store. Life happened and the idea was pushed to when we retire. I went on to become a Social Worker and she went into HR and moved to Boise. Last fall I started to feel burned out at work. Around the same time I went to Montana for a friends wedding and every corner seemed to have a coffee truck on it. I started to day dream of my own coffee truck. When I got home from my trip I gushed about the idea to my husband. He looked at me and said, “why not”? I did a ton of research, took a class on how to build a coffee truck, my husband and his amazing friends got to work, and all of a sudden my childhood dream has become a reality. We hope you love our coffee as much as we do.
